GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

Scope and service provider

These general conditions of sale apply to sales contracts concluded online via the site shop.trianglehifi.com between TRIANGLE Hi-Fi (us) and its consumer customers (you).

Contract conclusion

In accordance with the provisions of the French Civil Code on the conclusion of online contracts, the contract will be concluded when you click on the button allowing you to confirm your order, after having viewed the details of your order, and in particular its total price, and having had the opportunity to correct any errors.

Language

The language proposed for the conclusion of the contract is French.

Acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale

Before concluding a contract with us, you must read our General Terms and Conditions. By placing an order on our website, you de facto accept our terms and conditions. 

Price

VAT is included in the prices displayed on our site at the currently applicable legal rate. Prices shown on our site are in euros and include all taxes. Delivery charges are not included in the prices displayed on our site. Deliveries to countries outside the European Union may be subject to various charges and taxes, in particular customs duties and import VAT. These costs are borne exclusively by the purchaser.

Shipping

Delivery time is 2 to 8 days for France, 4 to 10 days for Europe and 6 to 20 days for the rest of the world. If a product takes longer to deliver, this will be indicated on the product page.

Payment

The following methods of payment are available for purchases made on our site:
- credit card

- PayPal

- Klarna


Please note that goods will only be delivered once we have received your payment. To ensure that you receive your goods as quickly as possible, we recommend that you pay by credit card.

Reservation of property rights

The transfer of ownership will take place after full payment of the price.

Right to cancel

You have the right to withdraw from this contract without giving any reason within fourteen days. The withdrawal period expires fourteen days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and designated by you, takes physical possession of the last item.

However, the official TRIANGLE boutique offers you a trial period extension of up to 30 days from receipt of your order.


To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an unambiguous statement (e.g. letter sent by post, fax or e-mail) by post to TRIANGLE Hi-Fi - 475 avenue Flandres Dunkerque - FRANCE or by e-mail to emarket@trianglehifi.com.

You can use the sample withdrawal form, but this is not compulsory. In order for the withdrawal period to be respected, all you need to do is send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiration of the withdrawal period. You must return the goods to TRIANGLE Hi-Fi - 475 avenue Flandres Dunkerque - Z.I. les Etomelles, 02200 Villeneuve Saint-Germain FRANCE, without undue delay and, in any event, no later than thirty days after you have informed us of your decision to withdraw from this contract. This period is deemed to have been respected if you return the goods before the thirty-day period has expired. You are entirely responsible for return shipping costs, except in the case of a product exchange. (Contact us if you have any questions)

Effects of withdrawal

In the event of your withdrawal from this contract, we will refund any payments received, without undue delay and, in any event, no later than thirty days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will make the refund using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless you expressly agree to a different means; in any event, this refund will not incur any costs for you. We may defer reimbursement until we have received the goods or until you have provided proof of shipment of the goods, whichever comes first.

Exception to the right of withdrawal

Exercise of the right of withdrawal is excluded for the following contracts:

- contracts for the supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized;

- contracts for the supply of goods likely to deteriorate or expire rapidly;

- contracts for the supply of a newspaper, periodical or magazine, except for subscription contracts for these publications;


- contracts for the supply of goods which have been unsealed by the consumer after delivery and which cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection;

- contracts for the supply of goods which, after delivery, and by their nature, are inseparably mixed with other items;

- contracts for the supply of audio or video recordings or computer software where these have been unsealed by the consumer after delivery;

- contracts for the supply of alcoholic beverages where delivery is deferred beyond thirty days and where the value agreed at the conclusion of the contract depends on market fluctuations beyond the control of the professional;


- contracts for the supply of goods or services whose price depends on fluctuations in the financial market beyond the control of the professional and likely to occur during the withdrawal period;

- contracts for the supply of services fully performed before the end of the withdrawal period and whose performance has begun after prior express agreement by the consumer and express waiver of his right of withdrawal;

- contracts for maintenance or repair work to be carried out urgently at the consumer's home and expressly requested by the consumer, within the limit of spare parts and work strictly necessary to meet the emergency;


- contracts for the provision of accommodation, transport, catering or leisure services, which must be supplied on a specific date or at a specific time;

- contracts for the supply of digital content not supplied on a physical medium, the performance of which has begun after the consumer's express prior agreement and express waiver of his/her right of withdrawal.

Legal warranty

The legal warranty applies under the conditions stipulated by law. The rights set out in articles L217-4 et seq. of the French Consumer Code and articles 1641 and 1648 paragraph 1 of the French Civil Code apply. Claims

Risk transfer

The transfer of the risks of deterioration or loss of the goods will take place when you take possession of the goods delivered or when the goods are handed over to a carrier appointed by you, other than one of those proposed on our site.
